libgfortran3-armel-cross software package provides Runtime library for GNU Fortran applications, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgfortran3-armel-cross
libgfortran3-armel-cross is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgfortran3-armel-cross package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgfortran3-armel-cross *
You will get with libgfortran3-armel-cross package name, version, architecture and description in a table
